With two seatings for dinner, they also have two alternate Dining Rooms, Prago, an Italian Restaurant and Kyoto, a Japanese Restaurant. Their top suites also have private Butler Service. This line is for the discerning, experienced cruiser who looks for high quality, but enjoys a slighter larger ship than the other 6 star lines. Their size allows the ships to sail on extended cruises with some of the best itineraries including an 111 day World Cruise broken down into 4 segments for those who can not enjoy the full cruise. Complete facilities as found on the larger ships including casino, Exceptional in Cabin Meal Service, pools, activities, High Quality Nationally Known Lecturers, Mind Enrichment Programs, Computer Lab & training at Sea.. Average age bracket is 40 to a young 65.

Two seatings in the main dining room plus two alternative restaurants (without surcharges), and casual dining under the stars or in the Grill. The Italian restaurant is operated in partnership with Los Angeles based Valentinos Restaurant. Computer University @ sea has been enlarged and internet access is available from every stateroom. The lecture series is conducted through an association with the Smithsonian.
