All Our Personnel are CLIA Certified and Accredited

All of our personnel are fully certified by the Cruise Lines International Association as "Master Cruise Counselors", the highest level attainable. They attend educational and training programs six hours every month.

The Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) is a training and educational provider for the travel industry. Their certification and accreditation programs require at least 50 hours of work including inspections of ships, class room courses and case study reports.

We guarantee any price increase for from the cruise line due to availability and demand. However, if the cruise line lowers the rate of your cruise, we will send you a new confirmation with the new lower rate.
